Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("you" or "your") and Parker Photographics Ltd. ("Parker Photographics Ltd," "We" or "Us") regarding your access to and use of this Parker Photographics web site (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in this legal notice. Parker Photographics Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, without prior notice, by posting such revised terms and conditions on the Site. It is your obligation to routinely review these terms and conditions and your continued use of the Site following any such change (whether or not you have reviewed such change) constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.

The use of any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper working of the Site is expressly prohibited.
Proprietary Rights Restrictions
All material on the Site including without limitation all informational text, photographs, graphics, audio, video, messages, files, documents, images or other materials (collectively, the "Materials"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, as well as all derivative works, is owned by Parker Photographics Ltd or other parties that have licensed their material to Parker Photographics Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property laws. Parker Photographics Ltd disclaims any proprietary interest in trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, domain names and trade names other than its own. Trademarks, logos, images and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of either Parker Photographics Ltd or other third parties. You agree not to display or use such marks without written permission from Parker Photographics Ltd or the appropriate party. The Materials on the Site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means. Any modification of the Materials, use of the Materials on any web site or networked computer environment, or use of the Materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights in the Materials and is expressly prohibited. Nothing on this Site shall be construed as conferring any license under any of the Parker Photographics Ltd or any third party's intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise.
All prices shown on this website EXCLUDE VAT at the current rate and DELIVERY.
In the extremely unlikely event that an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch. We will notify you ASAP should this be the case.The price of the goods may be changed from the one advertised. Please confirm the price before you order.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, credit or debit card. Credit card and debit card payments are taken at the point of customer order not on dispatch of goods.
We may share customer credit history information with relevant credit agencies.
We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. This applies to all goods we supply to you and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with you.
We will charge you interest at 1.5% per month if you do not pay in full by the payment date and make a reasonable charge for our administrative costs incurred in obtaining payment.

Parker Photographics Ltd. and its directors, officers and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation or the like) arising out of (a) the use of the site, (b) the content on the site, (c) web sites linked to this site and the content, goods and/or services provided therein (d) any decision made or action taken by you in reliance upon the information within, or content of, the site, and/or (e) the inability to use the site and content contained therein (including, but not necessarily limited to, loss of profits, goodwill or savings, downtime, damage to or replacement of programs and data), whether based in contract or tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise (but excluding claims arising out of personal injury or death) even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Parker Photographics Ltd. cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the site.
The provisions of this paragraph will survive any termination of this agreement. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
No Offer of Securities
Nothing on this Site should be taken as an invitation to acquire stock in any jurisdiction in which an offer, sale, resale or delivery would constitute a violation of the applicable securities laws or require any additional registration statements to be filed.

Governing Law; Consent to Jurisdiction
DELIVERY - UK
We aim to process all orders as soon as they are received and we dispatch goods the same day subject to availability and credit card authorisation. Please note that card authorisations can take 24 hours to clear.
Products despatched are for next working day delivery (not weekends) and are delivered by our standard carrier. Although our next day delivery service is extremely reliable, it is NOT a guaranteed service. Delivery times quoted are our best estimates of the service offered by our carrier and we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from failure to meet these times.

DELIVERY - OUTSIDE UK
We are happy to despatch to locations outside the U.K. Please contact us for a quotation for delivery cost.
We apply a standard charging rate for goods dependant on delivery location. We may at our discretion and depending on the size and weight of your package, send goods to you by 1st Class Registered Mail. In the event that we do so, we will refund the difference to your card so that you are not left out of pocket.
Value Added Tax
Value Added Tax will be charged on all goods sold and supplied through this website with the following exceptions: -
1. Upon provision of a valid EU VAT number and a shipping address outside the UK but within the EU, there is no VAT chargeable.
2. For all orders purchased and shipped outside the UK and EU, there is no VAT chargeable.
Retention of Goods Statement.
1. Risk in the goods will pass to you when we or our nominated carrier deliver(s) the Goods to the address notified to us for delivery of the Goods. You agree to insure the Goods to their full replacement value immediately with effect from delivery in accordance with this clause.
2. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods in accordance with clause 1 above, title in the Goods will not pass to you until you have paid us in full cleared funds the Price and any sums that are due in respect of any other Order.
3. Until such time as the title in the Goods passes to you, you will hold the Goods as our bailee and will keep the Goods separately and properly stored, protected, insured and identified as our property. If you sell the Goods to any third party whilst title in the Goods remains with us, any warranties that you give in respect of such Goods will not bind us and you will keep us fully and effectively indemnified in respect of such warranties and for the price relating to such Goods.
4. Until such time as title in the Goods has passed to you (and provided the Goods are still in existence and have not been resold), we may at any time require you to deliver up the Goods to us (at your cost) and if you fail to do so immediately, to enter upon premises of yours or any third party where the Goods are stored and repossess the Goods.
5. Notwithstanding that title to the Goods has not passed; we will be entitled to an action on the Price.
6. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that are available to us, we may exercise a general lien over any of your property or materials which are in our possession in respect of any outstanding debts due from you to us. If you have failed to pay any outstanding debts within 14 days of our giving you notice to do so, we may sell or otherwise dispose of any such property or materials in our possession.
7. Account. We are not obliged to open an account for you and may refuse to do so at any time without giving a reason. We may also suspend or cancel an account after giving you notice. You will also agree that the information you give on your credit application form is correct and that you will notify us immediately if any changes occur.
8. We must be notified within 3 working days in case of error, shortages or damage. Failure to this may result in our company not supplying an exchange or credit note. A handling charge could also be applied after this period of time.
We endeavour to ensure availability on all our advertised items is constant, however we cannot guarantee availability. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is unavailable we will contact you ASAP to advise of expected delivery dates.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel all or part of your order you may do so up to 3 days following the day after receipt of your order without any charge. If we have already despatched the goods to you then please see our returns policy. For goods that are not stocked and ordered on a special order and for goods that are manufactured to order, we reserve the right to charge all or part of the value of those goods if cancellation occurs after the 3 day period has elapsed.
Should you in any way be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it, UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, within 30 days for exchange or a refund. A minimum amount of £ £8.95 may be deducted from the refund to cover our initial delivery costs, UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. This will only apply to goods that are not made to order or customised to your requirements. We cannot accept return of such goods under any circumstances except that of a fault or damage.
In the event that any goods that we have supplied are faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as is possible in writing, by phone, fax or email. At our discretion, we will either arrange to collect the goods from you or ask you to return them to us at our main address at your cost (up to a maximum cost of £15) for further consideration. We will examine the goods upon return to us and if in our opinion the goods are faulty or damaged, we will take steps to replace those goods as swiftly as is possible. We shall then reimburse you for the return carriage cost.
